This role is responsible for test strategy, execution oversight, vendor management, and stakeholder communication across large‑scale financial and business initiatives. Own and manage the end‑to‑end testing lifecycle for Oracle Fusion Central, Fusion Local (HSB), and Quarter in Arrears programs.

<h3>Test Program Manager – Oracle ERP</h3>Type: Contract Rate: 1099 $70/hr Location: RemoteRole Overview We are seeking an experienced Test Program Manager to lead and oversee enterprise testing efforts across the US, UK, and Canada for multiple Oracle Fusion programs. This role is responsible for test strategy, execution oversight, vendor management, and stakeholder communication across large‑scale financial and business initiatives.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Own and manage the end‑to‑end testing lifecycle for Oracle Fusion Central, Fusion Local (HSB), and Quarter in Arrears programs</li><li>Develop and maintain test strategies, test plans, and testing documentation, with a strong focus on Fusion Local</li><li>Oversee and coordinate third‑party testing resources, including HSB and Protiviti</li><li>Partner with business track leads and SMEs to ensure all business and regulatory requirements are fully tested</li><li>Track testing progress, defects, risks, and dependencies across regions</li><li>Provide clear status updates and escalations to the Program Manager and senior stakeholders</li></ul>RequirementsRequired Experience<ul><li>8+ years in testing, QA leadership, or test program management</li><li>Experience leading testing for Oracle Fusion / Oracle ERP programs</li><li>Strong understanding of financial or enterprise business processes</li><li>Proven experience managing vendors or external testing partners</li><li>Excellent stakeholder communication and executive‑level reporting skills</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Multi‑region or global program experience</li><li>Finance, accounting, or regulatory program exposure</li></ul>Benefits1099 $70/hr
