IBS and nCino experience a plus. </li><li>Hands-on experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Alteryx, Excel) and process mapping (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).</li><li>Proven ability to bridge business and technical stakeholders with strong communication and documentation skills.</li><li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills.  </li><li>Self-motivated, dependable, well organized, and able to work independently and as a team member.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul style="list-style-type:disc"><li>Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., HMDA, CRA, BCBS 239).</li><li>Experience with Agile project methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).</li><li>Certifications such as ECBA, CBAP, CDMP, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma are highly desirable.</li></ul>Our goal is to offer our colleagues the most generous benefits package possible.
