Overview:
<p style="margin:0px">The System Business Analyst supports the Regional Business Directors as the primary finance point of</p><p style="margin:0px">contact for of an assigned region, associated department(s) and business unit(s), providing direct and</p><p style="margin:0px">proactive support with budget development, operational performance analyses, strategic financial analyses</p><p style="margin:0px">and business case/capital proforma development. The System Business Analyst reports to Regional Business</p><p style="margin:0px">Directors but has accountabilities to the operations leaders within the region and/or assigned entities (inclusive</p><p style="margin:0px">of, but not limited to regional CMO’s, CEO’s and other operations leadership as well as the ARH executive</p><p style="margin:0px">team). It is general practice that the System Business Analysts will have assignments that are complex and/or</p><p style="margin:0px">higher volume, serving regional markets, facilities and departments with finances while being a liaison to other</p><p style="margin:0px">finance related subject matter experts. The System Business Analyst will support by being consultants,</p><p style="margin:0px">liaisons and represent finance at meetings or on teams and committees. Individuals in this role must be able to</p><p style="margin:0px">effectively prioritize and communicate while providing guidance and education to other staff members</p><p style="margin:0px">regarding complex financial matters.</p>

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
<p style="margin:0px"><strong>Education</strong></p><p style="margin:0px">· Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, or related field from an accredited college or university is required; MHA, MBA or equivalent experience preferred</p><p style="margin:0px"> </p><p style="margin:0px"><strong>Minimum Work Experience</strong></p><p style="margin:0px">· 1 year functional experience providing financial analysis of health care operations required</p><p style="margin:0px"> </p><p style="margin:0px"><strong>Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities</strong></p><p style="margin:0px">· Strong data analytics, interpersonal communication, collaboration, problem solving, organizational, presentation, training, excellent follow through and prioritization skills.
