This individual will work with the Office of Agriculture Technology Services (OATS) and other FDACS staff to support the Technology Transformation initiative and be focused on delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Case Management solutions using Agile Feature Driven Design and Scrum frameworks. The Business Analyst will elicit and gather requirements from business users, document user stories and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
