Perform detailed line design based on process requirements, throughput, cycle time, and OEE, integrating auxiliary systems with machining cells and material flow; define and optimize process parameters (chip evacuation, coolant cleanliness, wash chemistry/cycle, inspection cycle time and measurement capability). Experience developing, installing, and commissioning high-volume auxiliary equipment (chip conveyors/crushers, coolant filtration and mist collection, aqueous/solvent wash systems, CMM or in-line gauging, vision/NDT inspection, and related automation).
