At LendSure Mortgage Corp., we have created an environment where high-energy professionals can learn, excel, grow, and feel great about their contributions to our success.LendSure is committed to attracting and retaining top talent throughout the United States and offers a competitive salary, benefits, and opportunities to grow within the company.Annual Salary Range: $50k-$60k plus bonus (This role is 100% on site)Position Summary:The Account Manager will be responsible for accurately managing residential real estate loan documentation through our established systems, reviewing it to ensure it is completed in full, and complies with current processes and policies.<ul><li>Process and prepare to fund Non-QM residential mortgage loans.</li><li>Documentation review to ensure compliance and investor saleability.</li><li>Residential mortgage processing experience.</li><li>Support Sales Departments with the necessary steps in the processing and funding process.</li><li>Handle broker calls and answer questions regarding loans.</li><li>Excellent customer service experience</li><li>Excellent mindset, communication, and work ethic.</li><li>Prepare and submit timely and accurate loan files to the underwriter and quality control teams.</li><li>Review initial loan approval and work with broker/borrower to gather appropriate documentation.</li><li>Verify all loan documentation including payoffs, insurance, reserves, employment, and income.</li><li>Review and clear conditions per authority</li><li>Track loans from initial approval to funding</li><li>Order 3rd party documentation and review for accuracy and acceptance.</li><li>Complete all processing tasks</li><li>Submits files to assigned underwriter</li><li>Works with brokers/processors/Loan Officers/underwriters to collect and sign off all Prior to Doc conditions.</li><li>Communicates progress with Account Executive and/or Regional Manager.</li><li>Communicate with other professionals including, brokers, loan officers, escrow, closing attorneys.</li><li>Partners with underwriting team, doc and funding department, QC, and Senior Management to ensure maximum closing ratio.</li></ul>Qualifications:Three (3) years of Mortgage Processing experience. Basic knowledge of underwriting terminology. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Effective written and verbal communication skills. In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry and current trends.Working knowledge of Encompass Loan Origination System preferred This employer participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S.

Come join our amazing team and work from home!The Disbursement Outgoing Wires Specialist will be responsible for managing a daily pipeline of outgoing wires, trial balances and outstanding check reviews. Perform all duties in accordance with the company's policies and procedures, investor guidelines, all US state and federal laws and regulations wherein the company operates. The target pay for this position is $22.00 - $25.00 an hour.What you'll do:<ul><li>Verifies information provided to process wires and ensures the funds are sent to the appropriate parties on a daily manner.</li><li>Monitor outstanding checks to ensure they are processed in timely manner</li><li>Reconciles cash report for TX files; makes deposits and disburses check to Vylla Title for revenue</li><li>Monitor trial balances for assigned escrow accounts to ensure positive balance or zero account to be in compliance with state guidelines.</li><li>Receive and tracks all stop payment requests and re-issue as applicable.</li><li>Perform other duties and projects as assigned.</li></ul>What you'll need:<ul><li>High School diploma or equivalent work experience.</li><li>Two years' experience banking or similar industry experience.</li><li>Ability to obtain an escrow license for TX escrow officers.</li><li>One (1) years' experience in disbursement and/or accounting preferred.</li></ul>Our Company:Vylla Title, LLC is part of The Carrington Companies.
