Currently, we are seeking an Escrow Officer / Closer or a strong Escrow Assistant ready to grow into a Closer role to join our Granbury, Texas office serving Hood County. The Escrow Officer / Closer is responsible for the specific duties listed below. Your specific duties will include:<ul><li>Manage escrow transactions from contract receipt through closing and funding.</li><li>Review contracts and closing instructions for accuracy and compliance.</li><li>Coordinate with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, and title examiners.</li><li>Prepare settlement statements, closing disclosures, and closing documents.</li><li>Conduct closing appointments and explain documents to buyers and sellers.</li><li>Ensure proper execution of documents and compliance with underwriting requirements.</li><li>Coordinate post-closing activities and funding.</li><li>Provide excellent service while building strong relationships within the local real estate community.</li><li>Collaborate with title examiners, escrow assistants, and operations staff to ensure smooth transactions.</li></ul>Required qualifications for the position include:<ul><li>Experience as an Escrow Officer, Closer, or Escrow Assistant.</li><li>Strong understanding of the real estate escrow and closing process.</li><li>Knowledge of title commitments, settlement statements, and closing documentation.</li><li>Proficiency with escrow software.</li><li>Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines.</li></ul> Preferred qualifications for the position include:<ul><li>Experience working as an Escrow Officer or Closer.</li><li>Escrow Assistant ready to grow into a Closer role.</li><li>Established relationships within the local real estate community.</li></ul>Salary Range: $55-75K annually.
