Our ideal candidate will be capable handling the full gamut of responsibilities from entering of the preliminary purchase contract and title order, to preparing the final closing package including the Closing Disclosure (CD), issuing the Title policy, and post-closing procedures. In this role, you will be responsible for working with loan officers, lenders, real estate agents, and attorneys to acquire, analyze, and organize all essential documents required to process a closing package.
