**About the Role:**

As part of the Loan Servicing team, you will oversee insurance tracking and support tax service and escrow monitoring functions tied to secured loan collateral. In this role, you will help ensure that properties securing bank loans maintain the required insurance coverage and that tax obligations are properly monitored and managed.

You will coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to maintain accurate records of insurance coverage and escrow requirements. Through proactive monitoring and attention to detail, you will help protect the bank's collateral interests while supporting compliance with loan agreements and regulatory requirements.

+ Perform loan servicing activities such as general loan maintenance, processing loan payments, data entry, loan document creation, lien perfection, escrow/tax support, flood review or general ledger reconciliation.

+ Responsible for the transaction and processing of moderately complex consumer, small business, SBA and commercial/business loan products, required documentation, in accordance with the organization's workflow, ensuring regulation, policy, and procedures practices are followed.

+ Provide outstanding service and timely response to requests from internal and external customers.
