Essential Job Duties: Responsible for working towards independently coordinating and conducting a review of loan closing due diligence items (i.e. organizational documents, management agreement, title commitment and title exceptions, laundry leases, commercial tenant leases, evidence of insurance, various third-party reports, etc.).
