Responsibilities:Contact constituents/complainants to discuss the details of the complaints that are filedRead state statute and compare with complaints to analyze the issueCommunicating with the public, so good customer service skills are a MUSTAdvise complainant of the Division’s jurisdiction and that the case is being closed and for what reasonProvide any resources or referrals, as appropriateSend a written correspondence to the complainant once approved by the supervisorClose the case out by adding the appropriate codes/activities/statues in VersaDocument the actions in the OnBase systemWork Environment: Professional office, business casual, cubicle **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
