WHCA is the joint-service Department of Defense organization, aligned under the White House Military Office, that delivers secure voice, video, data, and audiovisual communications for the President, the Vice President, the White House staff, the United States Secret Service, and Presidential emissaries — at the White House, at Camp David, and anywhere in the world the mission travels. You will lead requirements elicitation across business, operational, and technical stakeholders; map the current state of systems, databases, interfaces, and data flows that nobody has documented in years; and translate what you find into requirements, source-to-target mappings, business rules, and acceptance criteria the development team can build against.
