<div>This is a full-time or part-time position. Evening time cleaning in the Georgetown and Liberty Hill areas. Must be able to work evenings.<br/><br/></div><div><strong>Job Title: </strong>Cleaner.<br/><br/></div><div><strong>Reports To: </strong>Crew Leader/Supervisor/Manager.<br/><br/></div><div><strong>Summary: </strong>This position is responsible for keeping accounts clean, sanitary, and stocked. Ensure that all work is done to ZBLT Industries standards. Will be responsible for paying close attention to detail, have the ability to work independently, and be able to communicate any concerns, issues, or needs tothe  Supervisor and/or Franchise Manager.<br/><br/></div><div><strong>Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:</strong></div><ul><li><strong>Restrooms: </strong>Cleans, sanitizes, and polishes all toilets, urinals, sinks, counters, mirrors, and dispensers. Restock toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, and any other consumables requested by customers.</li><li><strong>Breakrooms:</strong> Cleans, sanitizes, and polishes all sinks, counters, tables, outside of appliances, and inside of microwaves. Restock hand soap and paper towels.</li><li><strong>Floors: </strong>Sweeps, vacuums, and mops all hard surface floors and carpet.</li><li><strong>Furniture: </strong>Dust and polish furniture.</li><li><strong>Windows: </strong>Cleans smudges from windows, partition glass, and doors.</li><li><strong>Trash: </strong>Empties and replaces all trash liners.</li><li><strong>Cleaning Supplies: </strong>Restocks supplies and reports shortages.</li><li>Additionally, follow all the scope of works per individual contracts.<br/><br/></li></ul><div><strong>Qualifications:</strong></div><div>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
