The Ridge provides psychiatric and substance use disorder treatment for children, adolescents, and adults. The Ridge offers Partial Hospitalization, Intensive Outpatient Programs, Individual Counseling, as well as Medication Management for all ages. We have provided behavioral health services to over 92 Kentucky counties for more than 39 years.   Job Duties include:  Performs patient admissions, focused assessments, medication administration, implementation of physician orders, treatment plan updates, and accurate documentation while maintaining safety and adhering to hospital policies Leads or assists with patient education and activity groups, supports therapeutic environment standards, utilizes de-escalation techniques, and ensures patient safety through consistent observation and adherence to unit protocols.
