Maintain and repair heavy duty floor machines such as washers, vacuums and buffers; replace drive wheels, shafts, gears, valves and electrical switches, light bulbs; oil motors and clean terminals; Use and maintain assigned power equipment and hand tools such as vacuum, broom, mop, squeegee, Tucker-pole window washing system, pressure-washer, and ladder for cleaning and general maintenance of floors, walls, carpets, and furniture, use a ladder to replace lightbulbs.
