Minimum of 10+ years of experience in strategic real estate portfolio management, enterprise capital planning, facility and infrastructure asset management, and/or engineering within complex, capital-intensive environments and a bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or related field or a combination of related work and schooling in lieu of degree. Partnering closely with executive leadership across Engineering, Strategy, Project Delivery, Operations, and Finance, you will champion data-centric decision-making that turns operational risk into strategic foresight, ensuring RTX's mission-critical facilities remain resilient, optimized, and aligned with national security priorities.
