Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing (CHC), the Clinical Nurse, RN - Nurse Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating nursing processes that promote quality patient care and efficient health center operations. The Nurse Manager also supports staff development, competency assessment, quality improvement, infection control, clinical operations, and coordination of key health center programs.
