Manages the construction process of capital/maintenance projects after implementation, including any or all of the following: mobilization coordination, utility coordination, contract administration throughout construction process (agent for City), approval of pay applications, issuing of change orders and/or directives, ensuring compliance with contract documents through final completion and close-out, and monitoring project through warranty period. Our main emphasis is in the area of site development, material handling, and transportation; our current scope of work includes demolition, clearing, grubbing, excavation, storm drainage, sanitary sewer, potable water, concrete, curbing, asphalt paving, and material recycling & processing.
