Monitor maintenance systems, operational metrics, work order performance, preventive maintenance completion, maintenance surveys, inspection compliance, and other key performance indicators to identify trends, address gaps, and drive accountability across assigned communities. This role typically operates on a 40+ hour workweek, with extended, early morning, evening, weekend, or holiday hours required based on community needs, emergencies, turnover, move-in, construction readiness, or other business demands.
