Plans and leads large or highly complex application projects, upgrades, implementations, and optimization initiatives; establishes approach, scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, testing strategy, implementation readiness, and outcome measures. Serves as a senior liaison and subject matter expert for operational leaders, governance bodies, Epic representatives, end users, vendors, and technical and application teams; facilitates decisions and escalates issues through defined governance channels.
