Instruction Position Description: Position Summary: The Part time Media Classroom Support Technician will work in collaboration with the rest of the Media Services team to provide audio/visual (AV) support for the campus with an eye on maintaining a high level of customer service The position also involves support for campus events scheduled through the college's Conference Services team. Utilize technology, including AI-enabled tools and software where appropriate, to support the effective performance of assigned duties, enhance productivity, improve communication and information management, support decision-making, and other responsibilities, while ensuring compliance with confidentiality requirements, institutional policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
