Working across CRM, CMS, Omnichannel, Content Lifecycle, Analytics, AI-enabled capabilities, and emerging commercial technologies, the role aligns priorities, roadmaps, dependencies, and ways of working; influences future-state architecture; and establishes value realization practices that enable Commercial Technology to operate as a unified ecosystem.
