Essential Responsibilities: Multifamily Loan Originations: Represent lenders in the origination, structuring, negotiation, and documentation of multifamily commercial real estate loans, including conventional, affordable housing, manufactured housing, seniors housing, and student housing transactions. Structured Finance Transactions: Represent clients in the origination, structuring, negotiation, and documentation of structured finance vehicles, including lines of credit, long-term financing facilities, participation interests, and PC swap transactions.
