As a member of the BSRx leadership team, the Director of Operations, Specialty Nursing drives alignment with the National Director, BSRx Directors, and cross-functional partners to advance operational strategy, quality and risk governance, financial performance, clinical KPI achievement, business development priorities, RFP submissions, pricing inputs, and client-facing presentations. Provides strategic direction and divisional oversight for Specialty Rx clinical operations, leading Regional Operations Managers and Specialty Nursing management team to ensure the consistent delivery of high quality patient care, operational excellence, workforce effectiveness, and achievement of divisional objectives across all regions.
