1. *Screens, interviews and selects qualified personnel for department openings; directs and coordinates workload of employees; develops timely biweekly work schedules to meet both departmental and staff needs; completes/conducts thorough, timely and well-documented performance appraisals. Maintains assigned distribution processes, mailroom, warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, par levels, cart transporting, courier service and stockingin accordance with facility policies and procedures.
