p/>Destination 2030, the University’s strategic plan announced by President Edward Inch in August 2023, commits the University to making transformative strides in four main areas: being a lifelong provider of access to an equitable and affordable education; being a leader in transformational learning generating inspired action; being a nimble and innovative steward of resources; and being a community of care built upon diversity, inclusion, and belonging. Duties: supervise a combination of up to 4 full-time Hall Directors (HDs) and up to 4 Student Service Coordinator (SSCs) graduate assistants; indirectly supervise a combination of Graduate Student Interns, up to 31 Community Advisors (CAs) and approximately 70 Desk Assistants (DAs); manage community and departmental committee budgets; lead an actively engaged community development framework that helps all students build connections, get involved, and achieve success; supervise conduct process in residence communities; direct departmental efforts in staff selection or staff training; involvement in departmental and University committees, annual budget development process and policy formation.
