Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Learn all stations in the restaurant: cashier, deluxe bar, dishwasher, expeditor, food preparation, grill/salads, starts/hot bar. </li><li>Set high standards of consistency in food preparation and cleanliness, and work steadily. </li><li>Provide service that is remarkable, memorable, fun, and informative. </li></ul>Job Requirements:<ul><li>16 years of age or older.</li><li>Possess “can do” attitude.</li><li>Arrive on time for every shift.</li><li>Sufficient command of the English language to be able to read and understand the POS system.</li></ul>Education and Experience:<ul><li>Possess or be able to obtain a valid Oregon Food Handler’s Permit.</li><li>Possession of either a High School Diploma or GED Certificate is preferred.</li><li>Experience as a server, cook, cashier, host, or equivalent related experience is preferred.</li></ul>What is Café Yumm!?:<ul><li>Local restaurant focused on sustainable, ethical, and healthy food.</li><li>Mission-centric and growing company that values its Team Members.</li><li>Twenty-two locations across Oregon, Washington, and Idaho.</li><li>Expanding retail grocery business—our famous Yumm!
