Duties: - Conduct patient assessments to determine behavioral needs Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans Provides frequent and quality supervision for RBTs/BTs Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly Maintain accurate medical documentation and records of client care Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care. Qualifications: - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Experience working with children in a behavioral health setting Proficiency in client assessment and data collection techniques Strong understanding of medical records and documentation Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
