The Engineering Manager is accountable for delivering secure, scalable, and high-quality Salesforce solutions while developing people, improving engineering practices, and partnering closely with Product Management, Enterprise Architecture, and business stakeholders to deliver business outcomes. The Salesforce Engineering Manager must possess strong technical leadership, excellent communication and collaboration skills, deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform, and experience delivering enterprise applications that integrate across cloud and on-premises systems.
