We're a trusted partner in commercial cleaning, and we're growing!We're currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and hard-working Commercial Cleaner to join our evening shift team full-time.What You'll Be DoingAs a Commercial Cleaner, you will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing a variety of commercial spaces such as offices, medical facilities, retail locations, and/or industrial properties. Your duties may include:<ul><li>Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting floors and surfaces</li><li>Emptying trash and recycling bins</li><li>Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and break rooms</li><li>Wiping down and disinfecting high-touch surfaces</li><li>Restocking supplies (toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, etc.)</li><li>Reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards</li><li>Locking up and securing buildings as needed</li></ul>Who We're Looking ForRequired:<ul><li>Availability to work during evening hours (after 5pm)</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning checklists</li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision</li><li>Good physical condition – must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, stoop, and be on your feet for extended periods</li><li>Reliable transportation to and from work</li><li>Ability to successfully pass background check and drug test</li></ul>Preferred but Not Required:<ul><li>Previous commercial or janitorial cleaning experience</li><li>Familiarity with cleaning equipment and chemicals</li><li>Knowledge of workplace safety practices and PPE use</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive hourly wage with opportunities for overtime</li><li>Paid training and all equipment/supplies provided</li><li>Supportive team environment and respectful work culture</li><li>Opportunities for advancement within the company</li><li>Uniforms provided</li></ul>How to ApplyIf you're someone who takes pride in a job well done and enjoys working behind the scenes to make a visible difference, we'd love to hear from you!Apply now!Or call us at 304-733-2549 for more info.
