Associate's degree in Graphic Design, Graphic Communication, Visual Communications, Fine Arts or related field with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, life sciences, or Regulated CPG industries OR Bachelor's degree in graphic design, graphic communication, Visual Communications, Fine Arts or related field with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, life sciences, or Regulated CPG industries. The Manager collaborates closely with Packaging Design, Packaging Engineering, Regulatory, Product Development, Supply Chain, Production, Master Data, external vendors, and print partners to deliver high-quality packaging artwork through disciplined processes, strong project management, and continuous improvement.
