Job Overview As a Macy's Women's Clothing Selling Support colleague, you'll help customers express their personal style and turn fashion into a source of inspiration. With a passion for hospitality, an eye for trends, and strong product knowledge, you'll create meaningful connections through genuine, engaging conversations. You'll actively circulate the sales floor to understand each customer's needs, share the benefits of our loyalty programs, and guide them through a seamless shopping journey from start to finish. In addition to delivering exceptional service, you'll help maintain merchandise standards, support fitting room and sales floor upkeep, and assist with fulfillment to ensure a polished, shop-ready environment. Your focus will be on ensuring that all technical aspects, equipment, and systems function optimally to enhance the guest experience. You will collaborate with other managers and staff to create a seamless and enjoyable environment for families and individuals.Responsibilities:Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting:<ul><li>Supervise the maintenance and repair of all technical equipment within the center (e.g. arcade, bowling lanes, laser tag systems, etc.).</li><li>Regularly inspect and troubleshoot equipment to identify issues promptly.</li><li>Coordinate with external vendors or technicians for complex repairs.</li><li>Maintain an inventory of spare parts, tools, and technical supplies.</li></ul>Facility Infrastructure:<ul><li>Oversee the technical infrastructure, including power distribution, lighting, sound systems, and network connectivity.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.</li><li>Address any facility-related technical challenges efficiently.</li></ul>Cleaning and Sanitization:<ul><li>Develop and implement cleaning protocols for technical equipment, gaming consoles, and touchscreens.</li><li>Ensure that all surfaces are regularly sanitized, especially in high-traffic areas.</li><li>Collaborate with Facilities/Janitorial manager to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.</li></ul>Technical Staff Management:<ul><li>Train and supervise Bowling/Games technicians.</li><li>Foster a positive work environment, emphasizing teamwork and skill development.</li><li>Partner with scheduling manager to schedule shifts and manage workloads effectively.</li></ul>Quality Assurance:<ul><li>Conduct regular quality checks on technical equipment and systems.</li><li>Implement preventive maintenance schedules.</li><li> Maintain records, address and report any discrepancies promptly.</li></ul>Collaboration:<ul><li>Work closely with the General Manager and other departments to align technical strategies with overall business goals.</li><li>Provide input on capital investments related to technology upgrades.</li></ul>Requirements: <ul><li>Previous experience in technical management, preferably within an entertainment or hospitality setting preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with various entertainment systems, audiovisual equipment, and IT infrastructure.</li><li>Ability to lead and motivate a technical team.</li><li>Quick thinking and effective problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.</li></ul>Physical and Environmental Requirements:<ul><li>Frequent bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.</li><li>Frequent standing, walking and reaching around the FEC.</li><li>Noise level may be moderate to high at times.</li><li>Be able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time.</li></ul>Benefits Available:At Cinemark, we believe every team member should feel like a hero.
