Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing or other communication capabilities, with or without reasonable accommodation, which permits the employee to communicate effectively; Sufficient vision or other powers of observation, with or without reasonable accommodation, which permits the employee to review a wide variety of materials in electronic or hard copy form; Sufficient manual dexterity with or without reasonable accommodation, which permits the employee to operate a personal computer, telephone and related equipment; Sufficient mobility and flexibility which allows employees to stoop, kneel, crouch, stand, walk, push, pull, climb reach and grasp repetitively; Sufficient strength and endurance with or without reasonable accommodations, which permits the employee to lift and carry, through a full range of motion, up to 25 pounds occasionally, 10 pounds frequently and 5 pounds continuously. The nature of the work performed requires that an employee in this class establish and maintain effective working relationships with the Department of Labor, State Workforce Agencies, local colleges/universities, school districts, testing vendors, community partners, department heads, other city employees and the public.
