5+ years of Acute Care Facility Patient Access Department leadership experience, managing one or more functional areas of patient scheduling, pre-service/financial clearance, registration, financial counseling, or other management functions related to revenue cycle activities in a complex, multi-site environment. Primary Responsibilities: Provides oversight of patient access and revenue cycle operations, including registration, point-of-service collections, financial clearance, financial counseling, customer service, scheduling, bed management, transfer center, to drive operational and financial performance.
