The ideal candidate will apply evidence-based clinical reasoning and deliver skilled interventions, including activities of daily living training, therapeutic exercise and activities, functional and neuromuscular training, manual therapy, therapeutic modalities, and splint fabrication, to improve patients' function, safety, and independence. The Occupational Therapist evaluates and treats patients with orthopedic, neurological, and complex medical conditions, develops individualized plans of care, and works collaboratively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team to support functional recovery and independence in daily activities.
