Conducts behavioral assessments, develops individualized behavior intervention plans, implements interventions, and monitors client progress toward goals. Responsibilities  <ul><li>Conduct comprehensive behavioral and skill assessments to determine individual needs, strengths, and areas for intervention for individuals with ASD.</li><li>Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices and ABA principles.</li><li>Provide training and ongoing supervision to behavior technicians, family caregivers, and other stakeholders implementing intervention plans.</li><li>Collect, analyze, and track data on target behaviors and intervention outcomes, using insights to modify strategies.</li><li>Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation of assessments, progress reports, and treatment details.</li><li>Work with interdisciplinary team members and family caregivers to develop and ensure consistent treatment plans.</li><li>Support QAPI initiatives by reviewing treatment fidelity and Behavior Technician documentation.</li><li>Adhere to BACB ethical standards and relevant regulations while promoting a safe environment for clients and coworkers.</li></ul>Qualifications <ul><li>Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis (ABA), psychology, special education, or related field.</li><li>Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.</li><li>State licensure as a behavior analyst, where required by state law.</li><li>Experience conducting a variety of ABA therapy assessments.</li><li>Demonstrated written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.</li><li>Must be a licensed driver with an automobile insured in accordance with Agency and state requirements.</li><li>Current CPR certification.</li></ul>Company Overview At First Day ABA Therapy, we provide compassionate and personalized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy designed to support children with autism and their families.
