No problem! The training period is tailored to each individual, depending on comfort level and experience</li></ul>What do we ask from you?Requirements<ul><li>Current CNA certification or willingness to become certified within 120 days of employment</li><li>Effective communication with coworkers and residents</li><li>Willingness to learn local, state, and federal laws/regulations in regards to long-term care</li></ul>Job Duties<ul><li>Answer residents' call lights to determine needs</li><li>Turn and reposition residents while they are in bed</li><li>Provide physical support to assist residents in performing daily living activities such as getting in/out of bed, bathing, eating, dressing, using the bathroom, standing, walking, or exercising</li><li>Review dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences to ensure residents receive appropriate diet</li><li>Record food and liquid intake and output as necessary</li><li>Reporting changes in resident condition to nursing staff and develop relationships with residents to ensure their stay is comfortable</li></ul>Skilled nursing facilities provide care for geriatric patients who require 24/7 care
