These activities include supervisory and management responsibilities for project resources, and this role is responsible for global delivery oversight, project reporting, communications, deliverable coordination, problem resolution, issues management, team onboarding and off-boarding, knowledge capture, document management, etc. With a "Plus One" mindset, contributes to the development and continuous improvement of the Apex Engagement Delivery Practice through various activities and initiatives such as: People initiatives, Training and Development, Knowledge Management, Artifact creation, Marketing, Sales, Recruiting, Solution Development, Quality Assurance, Risk Analysis and Review, etc.
