Regular attendance is critical.</li><li>Train, develop and motivate janitorial staff.</li><li>Manage customer work orders daily.</li><li>Inspect properties to ensure cleanliness, secure and safe operations. Take corrective action where appropriate.</li><li>Cover cleaning positions for absent or vacationing employees.</li></ul>Job Qualifications:<ul><li>Be authorized to work in the United States.</li><li>Minimum age: 18+ years old</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with client contacts, building occupants and staff.
