Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist the ADON & DON to plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the nursing service department, as well as its programs and activities, in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the Health Campus. </li><li>Supervise, oversee and assist with all resident care according to assessed resident status and established plan of care. </li><li>Provide direct nursing care as necessary per each resident’s assessment, physician orders and plan of care and assess residents for expected results of treatments and medications. </li><li>Assist in the scanning and attaching of resident documentation in MatrixCare to ensure Medical Records are complete and accurate. </li><li>Maintain first impressions to welcome potential customers to experience our services and participate in survey and mock-survey campus preparedness. </li><li>Ensure campus is tour ready including back up team resources, tour path, model room, first impressions, and tour stations. Execute tours as necessary. </li><li>Provide patient care as necessary.</li></ul>Work Requirements<ul><li>Evening shift hours, start time at the discretion of the DON</li><li>8-hour shifts</li><li>Monday – Friday with on call rotation commitment</li></ul>Qualifications  <ul><li>Must have and maintain a current, valid state LPN or RN license  </li><li>Current, valid CPR certification required </li></ul>Compensation will be determined based on the relevant license or certification held, as well as the candidate’s years of experience. Some of your responsibilities will include: Assigning duties, inspecting work, and investigating complaints regarding janitorial services and taking corrective action when necessary.

You will need to be willing to travel to the following areas:<ul><li>Lorain</li><li>Elyria</li><li>Rocky River</li><li>Wellington</li><li>Amherst</li><li>Avon/Avon Lake</li><li>Westlake</li><li>North Ridgeville</li><li>Surrounding areas</li></ul> Some of your responsibilities will include: Assigning duties, inspecting work, and investigating complaints regarding janitorial services and taking corrective action when necessary. Cover open sections/ routes when employees are absent. Train new and existing employees on proper methods and procedures. Make sure accounts are stocked with supplies and equipment and take periodic inventories.Starting pay rate is $21 per hour. Includes: Paid travel time Monthly gas cardThis is a Part-Time position working  4-6 hours per shift Monday-Friday Starting at 6pmDuties: 1)Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in janitorial services. 2)Assigns janitorial work to employees, following material and work requirements. 3)Inspects work performed to ensure conformance to specifications and established standards. 4)Record personnel data on specified forms. 5)Recommend personnel actions, such as hires and discharges, to ensure proper staffing. 6)Confers with staff to resolve production and personnel problems. 7)Assists with start ups of new accounts and fills in for openings and call-offs at accountsRequirements: 1. Have an eye for detail 2. Be able to work independently 3. Pass a criminal background  4. Must have few to zero moving violations and a valid drivers license with reliable transportation and proof of insurance 5. Previous supervisory experience required 6. Must be reliable and excellent attendance is required for this position 7. Must have reliable transportation 8. DRUG TEST REQUIRED 9. Must have a clean driving record to use the company vehicle 10.
