This role will serve as a key legal partner in supporting the acquisition of third-party liabilities across Athene's global platform, including insurance M&A, block and flow reinsurance transactions, joint ventures, minority equity investments, and other strategic initiatives within the life and annuity sector. The ideal candidate will bring strong transactional experience in insurance M&A and/or reinsurance, sound legal judgment, and the ability to manage workstreams independently in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment supporting Athene's continued international growth.
