The Clinical Educator assesses, plans, implements and evaluates ongoing and new curricula, promoting quality resident care and regulatory compliance through varied training programs, required documentation and tracking, and supports division wide infection prevention, education, and quality assurance initiatives. Educator collaborates with education and facility teams to develop and may travel to all Lifelong Health facilities and various RHS locations to present division wide educational programs for employee orientation, in-services, infection prevention, and annual updates, and as requested.
