The Opportunity: The Preventive Maintenance Manager oversees the operation, maintenance, and preventive care of building systems; supervises trades staff and contractors; manages maintenance schedules, work orders, budgets, and related records; ensures compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and district policies; and coordinates repairs, inspections, and projects to support safe, efficient, and well-maintained school facilities.
