Associate's degree and/or equivalent experience/training are required• Role requires the proficient in the use of measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, tape measures, pin gages, feeler gages, measurement probe, and optical comparator• Requires excellent shop math skills (ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure; using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals)• Must be able to analyze and interpret drawings, charts and specifications• Demonstrated problem solving ability, strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task and work efficiently/in a well-organized manner are required• Strong communication skills (oral and written) are necessary• Familiarity with computer programs, such as the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and internal production software is required.
