Candidates with recent scholarly activity such as peer-reviewed funding, publication of original research or review articles in peer-reviewed journals, chapters in textbooks, publication or presentation of case reports or clinical series at scientific society meetings, or participation in local, regional, or national committees or organizations are strongly preferred. The OB/GYN Associate Residency Program Director will maintain an active clinical practice while dedicating up to 17 hours per month of protected administrative time to support residency leadership, educational oversight, faculty development, recruitment, accreditation activities, and program improvement efforts.
