Assume responsibility to make minor repairs of any nature in the facilities owned and operated by the district including electrical, plumbing, painting, fire alarms and/or general maintenance trades. Perform inspections, repairs or new work in addition to routine skilled maintenance duties within electrical, plumbing, painting, locksmith, fire systems and/or general maintenance trades.
