Key Responsibilities of the Job • Responsible for ensuring a premium guest experience at the Fuel Café as well as on the retail floor, when needed • Building strong relationships with guests, creating an inclusive and welcoming environment • Working with the other team members in welcoming, interacting and engaging guests in order to determine their interests and meet their fueling needs • Educating guests about the Fuel menu options • Prepare customized orders to include but not limited to: espresso, cappuccino, latte, decaf espresso, smoothies • Set up & break down of coffee station • Maintaining and cleaning coffee station • Performing daily shift side work, opening duties, and closing duties, as assigned by the Fuel Manager • Cleans and stocks coffee station throughout service • Follow cleaning schedule as designated by the Café General Manager, maintain highest quality of areas at all times • Follows the Café's operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all partners during each shift • Maintaining inventory • Attend monthly team meetings. Availability Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays Other Willingness Requirements Willing to work in an environment with bright lights and loud music Willing to move through a store for most of a shift to help guests and accomplish work Willing to move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg) Willing to work as part of a team and also complete some work independently.
