Essential functions of this position include: standing, walking, crouching and stooping to perform custodial work; lifting and carrying trash bags and storage boxes up to 60 lbs; frequent repetitive motion of hands, wrists, elbow and shoulders to clean; working with and around other employees and coworkers; communicating with employees and coworkers; ability to communicate both written and verbally with co-workers. Environmental conditions includes: hazards (mechanical and electrical) from vacuum cleaner, buffer, etc; (chemicals) from floor and window cleaners, wax, etc; atmospheric conditions includes: fumes from chemicals, odors from cleaning products; office dust; mist from spray bottles-aerosols.
