This position will work closely with the Dean of Students and AVP of Well-being staff to create marketing materials, plan and implement events, support the food pantry, and to provide resource education to students primarily on the Gainesville campus in a fun and engaging way.Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist with marketing Dean of Student and Well-being programming and resource information to students and their supporters.</li><li>Develop flyers, social media posts, emails, etc. for dissemination to students and their supporters with information on the Dean of Students office, Well-being departments and initiatives, and Gainesville Campus.</li><li>Assist with Basic Needs and Food Pantry efforts.</li><li>Plan and implement small scale tabling and educational events and assist with larger scale Dean of Students and Well-being events.</li><li>Assist with other office operations as needed.</li></ul>Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities<ul><li>Experience with Canva or other design platforms; Basic Microsoft Office Suite; social media platforms such as Instagram.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Must be enrolled at the University of North Georgia in a minimum of six (6) credit hours to qualify as a student worker.</li></ul>Required Documents to Attach<ul><li>Resume</li><li>Cover Letter</li><li>Federal Work Study Award</li></ul>USG Core ValuesThe University System of Georgia is comprised of our 25 institutions of higher education and learning as well as the System Office.
