<h1>Events Coordinator</h1><h2>Job Description</h2><p>Blissful Bath is one of the fastest growing brands in the acrylic bath remodeling industry. We are looking for quality people to join our winning team. Our goal is simple: to beautify bathrooms across North America by manufacturing and installing attractive, durable, and maintenance-free bath remodeling fixtures. Through our work, we enrich the lives of those we touch.</p><p>We are currently seeking an experienced Marketing Events Coordinator to support our Central PA market, including Harrisburg and surrounding communities. This position offers annual earning potential of $60K–$120K, including uncapped commission opportunities.</p><h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Research and identify Events and Shows within our assigned territory</li><li>Negotiate contracts with Event Vendors</li><li>Book and maintain an annual calendar of Events and Shows</li><li>Recruit, hire, and train Event Demonstrators</li><li>Schedule Demonstrators to work Events</li><li>Coordinate booth and display setup and tear down</li><li>Generate appointments for Free In-Home Consultations at Events and Shows</li><li>Collect contest entries</li><li>Follow up on contest entries and schedule Free In-Home Consultations</li><li>Measure and report event performance results</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>Positive, outgoing personality</li><li>Excellent planning and organizational abilities</li><li>Ability to coach, train, and motivate others</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Ability to stand for extended periods of time</li><li>Ability to lift up to 30 pounds</li></ul><p>Must be available to work weekends.</p><p>We offer an excellent compensation package that includes base salary, uncapped commission opportunities, and performance bonuses.</p><p>Powered by JazzHR</p>

Queen will also add over 900 employees, and operations that currently include approximately 2,400 slot machines, 50 table games, and 150 hotel rooms to the Bally's portfolio. Bally's will also become the successor of Queen's significant economic stake in a global lottery management and services business through its investment in Intralot S.A. (ATSE: INLOT).</p><p>The Role:</p><p>• Requests and is accountable for coin/cash/coupons, which are considered in the calculation of gross revenue, for applicable events.
• Assists in the evaluation of all marketing events.
• Assists in the formulation of theme, format, and budget specifications for specific events.
• Works with advertising and public relations to ensure the public is informed of events.
• Executes against budgets for individual events, records expenditures, charts budget variances, and submits to Manager.
• Develops contacts at competitive properties to keep abreast of events and the market.
• Interfaces with impacted departments to ensure timely coordination of all events.
• Maintains awareness of changes in the marketplace that may impact the nature of events planned at the facility.
• Assists with development and implementation of operational plan and budget.
• Responds to and consistently meets the needs of internal clients.
• Supports and cultivates new ideas and methods to deliver business solutions.
• Identifies ways to increase efficiencies or improve product or service.
• Delivers assignments/projects on time and completes all aspects before delivering to internal clients.
• Clearly communicates programs/services to necessary people, seeks their support and keeps them informed of changes that may impact the business.
• Keeps track of existing products/services and/or progress on new initiatives.
• Prepares project plans that aid in moving project forward.
• Stays up to date with the latest developments in the profession.
• Develops skills to handle increasingly complex matters.
• Complies with and upholds company expectations including Code of Commitment, policies, procedures, industry regulations, department goals and business strategy.
• Politely gives consistent, timely and accurate information and finds answer when unsure.
